Membership

The way we do membership has changed! As of the 1st November 2025 all current memberships held with us will no longer be valid. It is important that our current members look at the options below and decide which is best for them. We are still offering two different types of membership to allow for as much flexibility as possible.

Full Membership

This membership allows you to full access to everything that Ilfracombe Sirens Netball Club has to offer; England Netball affiliation, league participation, friendly netball matches against local teams, netball tournaments (both in club and external), Netball Tours planned for 2026, discount on social events and trips as well as discounts on club kit.

The membership for season 2025/26 is £15 per month. This will be set up by standing order on a rolling monthly basis.

Our membership will now run from September till August, to be in conjunction with England Netball affiliation. We will not be accepting cash/card payments for this membership. You will no longer be required to pay an annual fee of £30 or £3 per session.

We want you to feel part of the club so as a Full Member you are entitled to discount off of our new club kit for season of 2025/26. The kit is not compulsory for training sessions, however we ask that you purchase one item to wear if playing in any league or tournament matches. You will be required to affiliate to England Netball which can be done via the ENgage portal. England Netball Adult Membership is an annual fee of £47.80. This is a flat joining fee and not pro rata'd. The membership starts from the 1st September - 31st August. During the registration process via ENgage, please ensure you select "Ilfracombe Netball Club" as the netball club you play for. Further information about how to affiliate can be found here

England Netball Affiliation means that you as an individual have access to England Netball's centrally arranged programme of insurance, including member-to-member liability and Personal Accident benefits. It includes full access to all league participation, player development pathways, exclusive 'Into Officiating' and 'Coaching' pathways, discount on ticketed events, flag bearer opportunities, priority ticket for England Roses matches, discounts on Gilbert Netball, Collection Cosmetics, Harrods Sport and so much more!

Due to our amazing sponsorship funds, for the season of 2025/26 we are able to refund all members that affiliate to England Netball £20. The refund will be completed once the full joining process has been completed (England Netball Affiliation via ENgage, Membership Form completed and standing order set up).

As a full member you will also be entitled to access all of our sessions run and held by Ilfracombe Sirens Netball Club. Your full access will include any guest sessions that we have planned, as well as potential additional sessions for league players. There may be a small donation fee required for additional sessions.

Pay & Play Membership

The pay & play option is available to anyone where regular attendance to sessions is challenging.

It is aimed for our university students who want to come back to play with us over the summer months. It will not entitle you to play in any league events, external tournaments, attend netball tournaments or any discount on club kit.

We would highly recommend that everyone signs up to Full Membership. England affiliation fee this season is reduced due to sponsorship funds, and this will provide you protection playing netball anywhere.

Our regular Tuesday training session will remain at £5 per session.

'Guest session' prices will vary depending on the planned session. These sessions may require you to pay prior to attendance, to ensure capacity compliance and health & safety standards. Ilfracombe Sirens Netball Club will make you aware, if prior booking is required and how payment will be accepted.

It will not entitle you to be able to participate in any league events, friendly matches against other local teams or external netball tournaments. Any 'in club' netball tournaments you will need to complete a waiver prior and additional payment will be required.

By taking out this membership you will not be affiliated to England Netball, therefore you will not be covered by England Netballs centrally arranged programme of insurance, including member-to-member liability and Personal Accident benefits. This means should you obtain an injury or be a part of an incident or accident, whilst attending one of the Ilfracombe Sirens training sessions, you do this at your own risk.

Ilfracombe Sirens Netball Club will not take any responsibility or be liable to any injury, incident or accident occurred during the sessions.

This membership will also not entitle you to attend any external Netball Tours such as Butlins Bognor Regis 2026 and you will not be entitled to discount on club kit.
